AI Solutions Architect

JR Software Solutions Inc. (JRSS) delivers cloud, AI/ML, big data, and business intelligence analytics for federal civilian agencies and Fortune 500 clients. The Agentic AI Data Solution Architect will design and deliver production-oriented AI prototypes, architect end-to-end data and agent systems, build React and backend solutions, integrate vector and graph databases, and ensure responsible AI compliance for federal public health data modernization.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver functional AI prototypes on 3-4 week sprint cycles, integrating LLMs, chatbots, NLP models and agentic architectures
• Architect the full system: base system architecture, data modeling for AI agents, memory and state management, and end-to-end RAG pipeline design
• Build full-stack: React.js interfaces, backend services and cloud infrastructure supporting interactive AI workflows
• Build and integrate vector and graph data stores (PostgreSQL + PgVector, Azure AI Search, Neo4j) to power semantic search and knowledge retrieval
• Implement ETL processes, data integration and API-driven architectures using Python and SQL
• Ensure compliance and responsible AI implementation against federal requirements for data governance, privacy, anonymization and ethical standards for public health data
• Collaborate directly with engineers, public health subject matter experts and client stakeholders to validate use cases against mission needs
