Data Analyst Senior or Lead

The Senior or Lead Data Analyst will deliver data-driven insights for auto and renters’ strategy, collaborate with internal and external partners to modernize analytics, improve insight generation and consumption, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• As a senior or lead data analyst within the Direct Agency Advancement organization, you’ll deliver impactful data-driven insights to guide our auto and renters’ strategy
• You’ll collaborate with internal and external partners to build and modernize our analytics, improve how insights are generated and consumed, and help drive measurable business outcomes
• Your work will directly boost analytic throughput and enable informed, timely decision-making across the organization

Requirements:

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience

• Advanced in data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Power BI) with programming tools (e.g., SQL and R or Python)
• Proactive mindset with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguous, incomplete, or evolving data and translate it into meaningful insights
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to research data, recognize patterns, and use critical thinking to solve problems
