Senior Product Manager, Provider Products

Datavant is a healthcare data collaboration platform that provides secure, accessible, and actionable data solutions across the healthcare ecosystem. The Senior Product Manager will own the roadmap for provider products that support medical record requests and inbound payer requests, while driving product strategy, integrations, go-to-market planning, and market-share growth.

Responsibilities:

• Becoming an expert in our provider user needs when requesting and managing patient record requests
• Learning all about the core business of information exchange / release of information in healthcare
• Diving deep into the current products for providers and Datvant’s ROI platform to understand key integrations
• Partnering with our growth team and product marketing on go to market strategy for new products
• Creating and socializing a clear product strategy and roadmap, that enables growth in market share

Requirements:

• 4-7+ years of product management experience, including demonstrated experience managing B2B products
• Proven ability to translate complex stakeholder, user, operational, and technical needs into a clear product roadmap and strategy
• Strong product instincts, with experience launching products balancing time to market and overall scope of initial offerings
• Stakeholder management and communication skills; you can align diverse teams around priorities, tradeoffs, and a long-term strategy
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, complex environments with many dependencies and high business impact
• Analytical skills and ability to use data to understand user needs, diagnose platform issues, prioritize work, and measure outcomes
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and business leaders to build and launch platform capabilities
• Interest in the US healthcare provider / payer / services industry
