Customer Service Sales Support

NOROCK is a certified B Corporation that designs and manufactures self-stabilising table bases. The company is seeking a part-time Customer Service Sales Support professional to generate quotes and orders, respond to customer and distributor inquiries, coordinate shipping and delivery, maintain customer records, and support the sales team with documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Generates quotes and orders using Unleashed inventory manage system and Prospect CRM
• Responds to customer and distributor inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing product information, order updates, and general support
• Processing sales orders
• Coordinating with logistics for shipping and delivery
• Maintaining accurate customer records in CRM or other systems
• Assisting with quotes
• Following up on leads
• Ensuring timely resolution of customer issues
• Supporting the sales team with documentation and reporting
• Maintaining professional communication
• Managing expectations
• Reinforcing NOROCK’s commitment to quality and service

Requirements:

• Strong administration experience with inventory (Unleashed) and CRM (Prospect) software experience
• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support, with a commitment to positive Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction
• Confident Phone Etiquette and clear written and verbal communication skills suitable for customers, distributors, and internal teams
• Organizational skills for handling orders, documentation, and follow-ups, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Comfort using CRM or sales support software, email platforms, and basic office productivity tools
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with US based BDM and sales team, as well as Australian based administration and operations team managing time and priorities effectively
• Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support, or related roles
• exposure to manufacturing, design, or hospitality sectors is beneficial
