Technical Project Manager - Golang, React & PostgreSQL (Healthcare Provider)

Cognizant is a technology services company seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of secure, scalable healthcare provider applications built with Golang, React, and PostgreSQL. The role is responsible for project execution, Agile delivery, stakeholder collaboration, application quality, performance, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of secure web applications leveraging Golang, React, and PostgreSQL technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project plans, manage priorities, track risks, and ensure successful execution of project milestones
• Drive Agile delivery processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate provider-focused requirements into actionable technical deliverables
• Promote secure coding practices, application quality, performance optimization, and compliance standards across the software development lifecycle

Requirements:

• Experience managing software development projects using Golang, React.js, and PostgreSQL technologies
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of secure coding practices, application security reviews, and quality assurance processes
• Experience working within the Healthcare Provider domain
• Experience delivering provider-facing healthcare applications and digital healthcare solutions
• Familiarity with application performance monitoring, reliability engineering, and release management practices
• Experience collaborating with security, compliance, and audit teams in regulated environments
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL optimization, database design, and scalability best practices
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and resource utilization while maximizing business value
