Business Process Analyst

First Tek, Inc. is seeking a Business Process Analyst to analyze business and technical processes and develop business information processing systems. The role defines technology requirements, builds business cases, and coordinates with business and technology teams on system functions, data, controls, and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems, such as production and inventory control systems, financial tracking systems, marketing and human resources systems
• Represents the business unit to define requirements and business cases for the technology developments
• Coordinates with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls

Requirements:

• SAP/ Hyperion experience
• Experience with system/application
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project and MS Visio
• Strong analytical skills, including processes associated with Financial Systems
• Advanced systems skills a must
• Ability to communicate efficiently across various functions and levels in the organization
• Strong communication skills
• Lean thinker with process-improvement mindset
• Bachelors degree in finance or related field and at least 5-10 years professional experience
• SAP/Hyperion implementation and/or transition experience
