Software Engineer — ERP Integrations

NAP AI Inc. builds AI-driven automation and enterprise integration solutions for finance and operations workflows. The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, ERP connectors, automation workflows, and customer-facing platform capabilities while collaborating with product and implementation teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications and services
• Build and maintain APIs, backend systems, and integration components
• Contribute to application architecture, performance optimization, and system reliability
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices
• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, QAD, or similar platforms
• Develop data sync, transformation, and mapping logic between ERP systems and internal platforms
• Support invoice processing, accounts payable automation, and other finance workflow integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across development, staging, and production environments
• Support product enhancements and custom integration requirements for clients
• Work closely with product managers, project managers, and implementation teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact features on schedule
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing across the team
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Help improve CI/CD processes, development workflows, and release practices
• Identify opportunities to improve system scalability, security, and maintainability

Requirements:

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Direct experience integrating with one or more ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, QAD, or similar)
• Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C#
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and working with system integrations
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), modern development workflows, and version control
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with accounts payable automation, invoice processing, or finance workflow systems
• Familiarity with integration middleware or platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato, Celigo)
• Experience with microservices, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in SaaS, AI, automation, or workflow-driven products
• Exposure to AI/LLM tools or agentic automation workflows
• Exposure to customer-facing implementation or integration work
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
