Regional Manager – Agentic AI Products

Oracle is a company providing data, infrastructure, applications, cloud solutions, and AI capabilities. The Regional Manager will lead a team focused on driving adoption, pipeline, and revenue for Oracle’s Agentic AI products, while building a scalable regional go-to-market motion. The role includes developing sellers, creating customer demand, managing execution, and establishing Agentic AI as part of renewal, expansion, and strategic account conversations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 5–7 sales professionals dedicated to Oracle Agentic AI products and solutions
• Develop and execute the regional go-to-market strategy for Agentic AI, establishing a scalable and repeatable sales motion across Oracle’s customer base
• Deliver pipeline and revenue growth for Agentic AI products, AI-related SKUs, and associated offerings
• Proactively identify opportunities within existing Oracle customers, using their current technology investments as a foundation for broader AI adoption
• Establish Agentic AI as a consistent component of renewal, expansion, and strategic account conversations by partnering closely with Oracle Renewals and account teams throughout the customer lifecycle
• Partner across Industry, Applications, OCI, Renewals, Solution Consulting, and other Oracle organizations to identify customer needs, initiate Agentic AI conversations, and develop opportunities
• Help customers understand Oracle’s delivered AI agents and identify opportunities to configure, extend, and apply those capabilities to their specific business requirements
• Introduce customers to Oracle’s broader Agentic AI platform and the opportunity to create, clone, redesign, and deploy agents and autonomous workflows
• Position Oracle’s Agentic AI capabilities for enterprise adoption, including the security, governance, access controls, and human oversight required within critical business processes
• Demonstrate how Agentic AI can operate within existing enterprise applications and workflows while leveraging the business logic, data, security, and processes already established in the customer’s Oracle environment
• Lead customer conversations around the economics and consumption of Agentic AI, including how organizations can test, tune, manage, govern, and scale AI workloads based on business requirements
• Identify opportunities to incorporate OCI services and capabilities into Agentic AI solutions, expanding both customer value and the overall sales opportunity
• Build executive-level relationships and engage senior leaders around AI strategy, automation, productivity, business transformation, and the evolution toward increasingly autonomous enterprise workflows
• Coach sellers on effective discovery, value-based selling, and executive engagement, helping them translate initial customer curiosity into meaningful conversations about business processes, use cases, and measurable outcomes
• Maintain disciplined sales execution, including pipeline development, opportunity management, forecasting, territory planning, and performance against Agentic AI sales targets
• Analyze customer adoption patterns, market trends, competitive activity, and field feedback to identify new opportunities and continuously improve the sales motion
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Solution Consulting, and go-to-market teams to bring customer and field insights into Oracle’s evolving Agentic AI strategy
• Build a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning as Oracle expands its Agentic AI business

Requirements:

• Applicants are required to read, write, and speak the following languages: English
• Proven sales leadership experience, including success leading, coaching, and developing teams of sales professionals in complex enterprise environments
• Demonstrated track record of delivering revenue results, building pipeline, and driving consistent sales execution across a team
• Experience selling enterprise technology, cloud solutions, SaaS, AI, data, or other complex solutions to large organizations
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute a new or evolving go-to-market motion, including creating demand, opening new customer conversations, and translating emerging technology into tangible business opportunities
• Strong understanding of enterprise customers and the ability to connect technology capabilities to business processes, operational challenges, strategic priorities, and measurable outcomes
• Ability to lead strategic conversations about AI, automation, autonomous workflows, and Agentic AI with both business and technology stakeholders
• Experience expanding relationships within an existing customer base by identifying new use cases and opportunities that build on customers' current technology investments
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a highly collaborative sales environment and partner across account teams, Renewals, Industry organizations, Solution Consulting, Cloud Infrastructure, Product, and other cross-functional teams
• Strong executive presence and the ability to engage senior business and technology leaders while translating complex AI concepts into clear and compelling business value
• Ability to coach sellers on discovery, value-based selling, account strategy, pipeline development, executive engagement, and navigating complex enterprise buying environments
• Understanding of the considerations involved in enterprise AI adoption, including security, governance, controls, data access, scalability, consumption, and human oversight
• Strong sales management fundamentals, including pipeline creation, opportunity strategy, forecasting, territory planning, coaching, and performance management
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving and evolving market where products, use cases, competitive dynamics, and sales motions continue to develop
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Relevant experience in enterprise technology sales and sales leadership is highly valued
