Staff Product Manager, Mobile

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses, providing payment and growth services to companies worldwide. The Staff Product Manager will lead the mobile product strategy, prioritize the roadmap, improve mobile experiences for founders and business owners, and drive collaboration across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand the needs of founders and business owners and identify the unique superpowers mobile can deliver for them
• Articulate the mobile strategy, prioritize the roadmap, and furiously execute to deliver user value
• Craft powerful product experiences with surprisingly great details
• Steer the broader organization to understand and build for mobile use cases
• Collaborate with the go-to-market team to ensure the mobile app is discoverable and compelling

Requirements:

• 8+ years of product management or product-focused founder experience
• Persistence and a whatever-it-takes approach to ensure that your product is successful
• Strong understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles and best practices
• Technical familiarity with mobile development, cross-platform architectures, and machine learning
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and design across time zones (PST, EST, CET)
• Founder background, or experience in a very early stage company environment
• Built award-winning mobile apps in the past
• Believe that fast software is the best software
