Senior Sales Development Representative

Veriforce provides SaaS solutions, support, training, and consulting that help companies in high-risk industries manage contractor and supply chain risk, safety, and compliance. The Senior Sales Development Representative will build pipeline through outbound prospecting, engage stakeholders across HSE, Procurement, and Operations, qualify interest, and create opportunities for the Sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Drive proactive outbound prospecting through confident cold calling and highly personalized multi-touch outreach
• Research, segment, prioritize, and develop target accounts and territories
• Engage HSE, Procurement, and Operations stakeholders, qualify interest, and book discovery calls
• Identify ideal customer profiles and personas and use relevant signals to tailor messaging
• Maintain clean, accurate, and current records in Salesforce and ensure consistent follow-up
• Consistently deliver well-qualified, well-documented discovery calls to the Sales team
• Comfortably use AI tools to enhance prospecting and outreach
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on campaigns, events, account follow-up, and pipeline-building activities
• Contribute practical ideas that improve team messaging, outreach cadences, call approaches, and processes

Requirements:

• Proven quota-carrying SDR, BDR, or closely related sales experience, with clear evidence of personal attainment and results
• B2B SaaS sales experience
• Demonstrated outbound experience, including cold calling, territory prioritization, multi-touch outreach, and qualification
• Experience with a modern sales engagement and prospecting stack (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or equivalents), including AI-assisted prospecting tools
• Ability to work independently, create a productive daily structure, protect prospecting time, and follow through
• Clear and concise communication, credible customer engagement, and the ability to personalize outreach for different personas
• Self-motivation, persistence, accountability, discipline, curiosity, and a healthy competitive drive
• Coach-ability and the ability to apply feedback to improve performance
• Preferred experience selling into regulated, industrial, energy, utility, construction, safety, or compliance environments
