Sales Strategy Executive - National Accounts Dental & Vision

CVS Health is building a more connected and compassionate health care experience. The National Accounts Sales Strategy Executive will develop and execute cross-sell pursuit strategies for dental and vision products, drive membership growth, and support prospecting and RFP management. The role partners with internal teams, producers, account teams, and clients to develop account strategies, proposals, presentations, and competitive positioning.

Responsibilities:

• The primary responsibilities of the National Accounts Sales Strategy Executive will be to develop a proactive growth strategy and process that results in membership growth of stated business targets. This role will serve as a strategic business partner to both internal and external constituents, including peers, producers, account teams, and clients. Specific responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing cross-sell opportunities within existing Aetna/Caremark clients, assessing the competitive environment, and collaborating to define and execute account-specific pursuit strategies to exceed targets. The role will maintain and update client-specific pipeline and strategy, support target account planning, and coordinate the execution of dental and vision pursuit activity including strategy development, positioning, proposal support, finalist preparation, and participation in client presentations as appropriate. The role will also support administrative requirements tied to cross-functional collaboration, including CRM entry, reporting, form submissions, and analysis of key qualitative and quantitative dynamics across target accounts and growth opportunities
• Manages and builds producer relations as needed
• Coordinates sales materials, testimonials, and subject matter expert involvement in support of the successful delivery of constituent presentations
• Delivers organized polished presentations of solutions with benefits tied to constituents’ needs
• Collaborates with underwriting to prepare competitive quotes for targeted prospect
• Monitors industry information and competitive environment of the marketplace to position Aetna’s strength accordingly

Requirements:

• 5+ years within the healthcare industry sales, account management and/or consulting experience, with a focus on dental and vision insurance
• Sales strategy or pursuit strategy experience
• Client-facing / presentation experience across finalist and capability meeting settings
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a complex matrix environment
• Experience managing RFP process working with cross-functional teams (underwriting, legal, actuarial, marketing) to develop compelling and compliant RFP submissions
• Active Health & Life license required. May obtain within 90 days of hire date
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience within National Accounts preferred
• Knowledge of dental and vision products and cross-sell strategy within an existing client base
• Familiarity with Salesforce
• Proficient in Power Point
