We are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain / PTM Consultant with 15+ years of SAP experience and strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, PP, MM, WM, QM, SD, and APO. The consultant will support global supply chain, manufacturing, planning, warehouse, and logistics initiatives.
Lead SAP Supply Chain functional activities for implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and production support.
Gather requirements, perform process analysis, and develop functional solutions and specifications.
Configure and support SAP PP, MM, WM, QM, SD, and APO.
Support S/4HANA transformation/migration and SAP ECC-to-S/4HANA transition activities.
Work on production planning, MRP, demand planning, capacity planning, shop-floor control, procurement, inventory, warehouse, and quality processes.
Support WM, RF, picking, put-away, transfer orders, handling units, and warehouse automation.
Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, APIs, and integrations.
Support SAP integration with MES, LIMS, 3PL, EDI, engineering systems, and other third-party applications.
Support SAP APO DP/SNP, CIF, forecasting, planning books, planning areas, and supply planning.
Participate in testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, training, and post-production support.
Coordinate with global/onshore/offshore teams and provide mentoring and knowledge transfer.
15+ years of SAP Supply Chain experience.
Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
Hands-on experience with SAP PP/MM/WM/QM and integration with SD.
SAP APO DP/SNP experience.
Strong manufacturing and supply chain process knowledge.
Experience with MRP, Production Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, and Shop Floor Control.
Experience with SAP interfaces, EDI, MES, 3PL, and third-party integrations.
Strong requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred: Global SAP implementation/rollout experience, manufacturing industry experience, SAP certification, and experience leading SAP teams.
