Technical AI Architect — Production & Agentic AI

Northstar logix inc is seeking a Technical AI Architect to lead the design and deployment of production-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise environments. The role focuses on taking AI solutions from proof of concept to enterprise scale across architecture, software engineering, cloud platforms, AI agents, RAG, security, evaluation, and observability.

Responsibilities:

• Design scalable architectures for Generative AI, Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and enterprise AI applications
• Architect and implement LLM, RAG, AI agent, tool-calling, MCP, and workflow orchestration solutions
• Take AI prototypes from POC to secure, reliable, production-ready systems
• Design for scalability, reliability, latency, cost optimization, observability, and operational resilience
• Build enterprise RAG solutions including ingestion, embeddings, vector/hybrid search, retrieval, reranking, and grounding
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, databases, SaaS platforms, and business applications
• Establish AI evaluation, testing, monitoring, guardrails, and continuous improvement practices
• Design secure AI architectures covering identity, RBAC, data protection, prompt injection, and responsible AI
• Create reusable AI architecture patterns, reference architectures, and enterprise standards
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams on production AI development
