Lead a statewide Emergency Telehealth Assessment and Model Validation Program for a Department of Health project. Must have strong telehealth, emergency care, and rural health experience.
Lead all phases of the statewide emergency telehealth assessment
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and reporting
Coordinate with DOH, rural hospitals, EMS, and clinical partners
Oversee data collection, readiness scoring, and dashboard development
Direct validation of tele-emergency service models (TeleStroke, TeleNeurology, TeleCardiology, TeleBehavioral Health)
Manage stakeholder engagement and advisory panel activities
Ensure compliance, documentation, and quality standards
7+ years in telehealth operations or emergency care programs
Experience with rural hospitals or critical access facilities
Strong project leadership and stakeholder management
Familiarity with emergency care workflows (stroke, trauma, cardiac, behavioral health)
Experience with statewide or multi‑community assessments
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Prior work with TeleStroke, TeleNeurology, or EMS telehealth
Experience with US state health departments
