Technical CRM Project Manager (French Speaking)

Huble is a global HubSpot, AI, marketing, and creative consultancy that helps mid-market and enterprise businesses build around HubSpot CRM. The Technical CRM Project Manager will lead CRM integration projects from discovery through implementation, UAT, change management, and integrations, while managing scope, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a project plan that meets stakeholders/customers needs and delivers desired outcomes within budget
• Partner with Resource Managers to accurately predict and allocate the necessary resources
• Create and manage a budget that reflects the scope of work and resource requirements
• Responsible for completing, distributing, and storing all project documentation
• Ensuring timely preparation of briefs and resolving unclear or incomplete situations is your responsibility
• Monitor and provide regular updates to ensure project progress aligns with client goals
• Articulate problems and bring the right people together to solve them with a sense of urgency
• Monitoring communications and ensuring that all client communication is being responded to and dealt with
• Analyze project performance, identify areas for improvement, and effectively communicate and manage project risks

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Science, or similar field
• Mid-level years of experience at a senior level working on systems integrations / CRM implementations projects
• Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies

• Experience in a Consultancy, Agency, or Software development organization
