Role: Change Management PMO

Location: Santa Clara, CA 95050 (Onsite Work)

Duration: 6-12 Months Contract

Job Summary:

·      Client is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support a large-scale digital transformation across Oracle Fusion, Workday, and Salesforce.

·      The consultant will drive change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and user adoption.

·      Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop and execute change management strategies using Prosci/ADKAR.

·      Lead stakeholder engagement, executive communications, and workshops.

·      Conduct change impact and readiness assessments.

·      Develop training, communications, and adoption plans.

·      Manage resistance and drive user adoption.

·      Partner with PMO, IT, HR, and business teams on go-live readiness.

·      Track adoption metrics and change outcomes.

·      Required Skills:

·      5+ years of Change Management experience.

·      Experience with large-scale ERP/HCM/CRM transformations.

·      Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.

·      Experience with Oracle Fusion, Workday, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

·      Prosci/ADKAR certification preferred.

·      Must be available onsite in Santa Clara, CA, 5 days/week.
