Job Title: Senior Project Managers
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Position Overview: Seeking Senior Project Managers to lead workstream initiatives within a large-scale Oracle Fusion enterprise transformation replacing SAP. Each Senior Project Manager will own planning, scheduling, and risk and issue tracking for an assigned functional module and report progress to the Program Office. Each requisition should be tagged with its applicable module.

• Finance (Oracle Financials / Enterprise Resource Planning [ERP])
• Supply Chain Management (Oracle SCM)
• Operations (Transmission and Distribution [T&D] and Generation)
• Distribution & New Construction (DNC)
• PowerPlan (asset, tax, and property accounting)
Responsibilities:
• Own initiative-level planning, scheduling, and work breakdown for the assigned module.
• Track and manage initiative-specific risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and action items; escalate to the Program Office as needed.
• Coordinate with business and IT leads to ensure module requirements, timelines, and dependencies are understood and managed.
• Manage one or more Project Coordinators or Junior Project Managers supporting the initiative.
• Provide regular status updates on progress, risks, and blockers to the Program Office.
• Support data conversion, testing, training, and deployment activities relevant to the module in coordination with Cross-Pillar Services teams.
• For Operations and DNC modules, coordinate work involving Maximo work and asset management, geographic information systems (GIS), and field mobility systems.
• For Finance and PowerPlan modules, coordinate work involving general ledger (GL), accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), fixed assets, and capital or PowerPlan asset accounting.
• For Human Resources, coordinate work across Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting and Onboarding, Learning, and related HCM processes.
• For Supply Chain Management, coordinate work across Supplier Management, Procurement, Sourcing, Inventory, and Demand and Supply Planning.
• 7+ years of project or program management experience, including enterprise ERP implementation experience.
• Oracle Fusion implementation experience is required; module-specific experience in HCM, Financials, SCM, or a related area is preferred.
• Experience leading or supporting a SAP-to-Oracle Fusion migration is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing initiative-level planning, scheduling, and risk, assumption, issue, and dependency (RAID) tracking within a larger program structure.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work directly with business and IT leads.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent education and work experience.
• Experience supporting multi-year enterprise transformation engagements.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Utility industry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Oracle Fusion applications, including HCM, Financials, and SCM, based on assigned module.
• SAP migration environments.
• Maximo, GIS, and field mobility systems for applicable Operations and DNC workstreams.
• PowerPlan and ERP accounting modules for applicable Finance and PowerPlan workstreams.
• Project planning, scheduling, status reporting, and RAID management tools.
