SAP NS2 HCM Senior Project Manager

SAP NS2 is an independent U.S. subsidiary of SAP that provides secure and specialized SAP solutions for national security and critical infrastructure customers. The HCM Project Manager will lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll projects for U.S. public sector customers, overseeing migration planning, parallel runs, cutover activities, quality assurance, technical integration, scheduling, and project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• As an HCM Project Manager at SAP NS2, you’ll lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll projects for U.S. public sector customers
• You will build and deliver payroll modernization projects that include migration planning, parallel runs, cutover activities, and quality assurance for SAP SuccessFactors
• Working closely with technical teams and partner organizations, you’ll ensure every detail of the project lifecycle is executed with precision and adherence to SAP methodologies

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in SAP HCM, Payroll, and SuccessFactors, with demonstrated experience leading complex implementations from planning through deployment
• Proven SAP experience leading complex, multi workstream programs with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and delivery outcomes
• Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating multiple Project Managers, partner organizations, and cross functional delivery teams
• Experience supporting U.S. Federal, State, or other public sector customers, with an understanding of government contracting, compliance, and customer governance
• Strong understanding of contracts, statements of work, billing, resource management, change control, and delivery governance, with the ability to lead executive discussions and resolve escalations
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish clear expectations, navigate complex customer environments, and drive alignment across senior leadership, delivery teams, and partners
• Must be a U.S. citizen
