Social Media Marketing Internship

DolFinContent is a talent agency specializing in influencer representation and creator partnerships. The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the agency’s social media presence and digital content strategy by creating and scheduling content, researching trends, monitoring engagement, and collaborating on marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with creating and scheduling content across DolFinContent’s social media platforms
• Help develop engaging posts, captions, stories, short-form videos, and other social content
• Research trending topics, sounds, formats, and social media trends
• Support content planning and social media calendar management
• Monitor social media engagement and assist with community management when needed
• Identify content opportunities featuring creators, partnerships, agency updates, and industry trends
• Assist with basic video editing and graphic content creation
• Help maintain consistent branding and messaging across social platforms
• Track social media performance, engagement, reach, and follower growth
• Research competitors and trends within the influencer marketing and creator economy industries
• Collaborate with the Talent, Sales, and Operations teams on social media initiatives
• Support additional marketing and content projects as needed

Requirements:

• Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, content creation, and digital media
• Good understanding of platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms
• Strong written communication skills
• Creative mindset with a good understanding of social media trends and online culture
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment
• Currently enrolled in a college or university program
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or other content creation platforms
• Basic video editing or graphic design experience
• Previous social media, marketing, communications, or content experience
• Native or fluent English proficiency
