AI CX Delivery Consultant

Accenture Song is a tech-powered creative group focused on designing, building, and running meaningful customer experiences. The AI CX Delivery Consultant will design, engineer, test, and deploy agentic AI experiences in production while translating customer experience requirements into technical implementations and contributing to reusable delivery assets.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build agentic experiences end-to-end, from brief to deployed agent in a production environment
• Prompt engineer, test and iterate on deployed AI agents across client use cases
• Work across LangGraph, LangChain, Claude Code/Codex/Gemini and RAG pipelines
• Implement RAG and vector database solutions (Pinecone, Weaviate, LlamaIndex)
• Deploy across cloud platforms: AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI or Azure AI Studio
• Hold the full stack from CX design to shipped agent
• Collaborate with AI Experience Designers, Conversational PMs and Strategy leads
• Translate CX requirements into technical implementations
• Contribute to Song's reusable agentic delivery assets and accelerators
• Stay at the frontier of agentic tooling; new frameworks, model releases, platform updates
