We are seeking a seasoned JDE Technology Support Engineer to join our Application Managed Services team. In this role, you will serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert ensuring operational stability, driving complex incident resolutions, and implementing technical changes across Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne system components.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree.
7-10 years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
Advanced proficiency in JDE EnterpriseOne technical architecture and troubleshooting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to lead technical teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced knowledge of Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne SOA Integration.
Prior experience delivering support in an Application Managed Services environment.
