Job Summary:
Seeking a PLM UAT Lead with strong hands-on PLM experience, extensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) expertise, and strong understanding of business processes.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience managing UAT as a Test Lead for complex, highly integrated projects.
Strong PLM hands-on experience with UAT and business-process expertise.
Understanding of Sales and Sales Operations processes, preferably in a consumer channel sales environment.
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum; knowledge of Waterfall and Iterative methodologies.
Hands-on Salesforce experience is preferred.
Understanding of test automation frameworks, design models, and best practices.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and project lifecycle phases.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact across all organizational levels.
Experience facilitating brainstorming sessions and gathering lessons learned with Business, BPR, and IS&T teams.
Strong teamwork, leadership, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
Experience working with teams based outside the U.S.
Strong customer focus, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in an ambiguous environment.
High level of professionalism, energy, and sense of urgency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end UAT activities, including test process management, team coordination, and test-result communication.
Facilitate successful releases of system enhancements and new functionality from development through production.
Create and maintain Release and Change Management processes/documentation to minimize customer impact.
Lead cross-functional teams supporting Release project plans and post-release/change reviews.
Work closely with project teams to understand and validate business requirements.
Review requirements to ensure they are testable.
Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
Create and maintain UAT test data.
Define, track, and report UAT SLAs, KPIs, and metrics.
Validate that user expectations are achieved throughout the testing process.
Identify, document, and communicate UAT risks to Project Management.
Coordinate smoke testing, sales environment planning, PROD refreshes, and master data flow reviews.
Facilitate triage calls and drive defects/issues to resolution with IS&T and business stakeholders.
Maintain an overall UAT knowledge repository for the BPR team.
Establish UAT best practices, templates, and lessons learned to continuously improve test planning and execution.
Coach other Project Managers and support continuous improvement across Release projects.
