Head of Digital Demand Generation & Growth Marketing

VAST Data is an AI Operating System company redefining how organizations build and operate intelligent systems at scale. The Director of Digital Demand Generation & Growth Marketing will lead the Paid Media and Campaigns team, build an AI-powered demand engine, and drive qualified pipeline through paid channels and integrated campaigns. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to optimize the demand funnel and accelerate measurable revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Own digital demand generation strategy across paid media and integrated campaigns
• Lead and develop the Paid Media, Campaign and Content Operations team
• Drive net new lead generation, marketing-sourced pipeline, and revenue contribution
• Optimize the entire demand funnel from Lead → MQL → SQO, improving conversion rates and pipeline velocity
• Manage paid acquisition across Search, LinkedIn, Display, YouTube, and emerging channels
• Lead the Content Operations function to ensure content lifecycle management, CMS governance, and repurposing workflows are optimized to fuel paid media and campaign performance
• Build a culture of testing, measurement, and continuous optimization using data and attribution
• Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Field and Event Marketing Managers, Comms, Organic Social team and Marketing Operations to maximize pipeline impact
• Leverage AI and automation to improve campaign execution, lead management, and marketing efficiency

Requirements:

• 10+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing
• 5+ years leading high-performing marketing teams
• Proven track record driving measurable pipeline and revenue through paid media and integrated campaigns
• Strong analytical and attribution skills with experience optimizing complex marketing funnels
• Experience with modern marketing technology and CRM platforms
• Experience applying AI to demand generation workflows
