Customer Success Manager

SUPERAGENT AI is an AI-first startup building an autonomous AI sales agent for the insurance industry. The Customer Success Manager will own customer outcomes end-to-end, including onboarding, engagement, education, retention, lifecycle communications, and the development of scalable AI-powered customer success systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead customer onboarding from first login to successful activation
• Configure and adapt the product to customer-specific workflows and requirements
• Ensure customers reach measurable value quickly and consistently
• Act as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering
• Monitor product usage, engagement signals, and customer health
• Proactively identify churn risk and expansion opportunities
• Run ongoing customer communication, education, and success check-ins
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders
• Build and maintain FAQs, a structured knowledge base, and onboarding documentation
• Create customer education assets that reduce friction and support self-service
• Continuously refine content based on real customer behavior and feedback
• Design and manage triggered email workflows that increase activation and feature adoption
• Create and distribute product update emails that clearly translate features into outcomes
• Experiment, measure, and optimize messaging for engagement and retention
• Use AI heavily in daily workflows: content creation, data analysis, automation, and insights
• Identify opportunities to use AI to predict churn, personalize outreach, and scale CS impact
• Partner with leadership to design AI-powered customer success systems

Requirements:

• exceptionally driven, technically fluent
• sharp, curious, and hardworking
• 2–3+ years in Customer Success at: AI-native companies. B2B SaaS Startups (sales software, CRMs, workflow tools), Insurance software (agency management systems, CRMs, insurtech platforms)
• Insurance sales or service experience
• Experience owning onboarding, engagement, and retention for complex products
• Strong technical intuition; comfortable with product configuration and data
• Proven ability to build scalable CS processes in fast-moving environments
• Clear, confident communicator with strong customer empathy
• You work hard and take pride in execution
• You move fast, learn independently, and don't wait for perfect instructions
• You default to AI tools to increase leverage and quality
• You think in systems, not tickets
• You care deeply about customer outcomes and retention
