Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to design, develop, test, deploy, and continuously improve production-grade AI Agents, RAG pipelines, and AI orchestration services for a Quality Engineering AI Center of Excellence.
The ideal candidate will build AI capabilities supporting requirements review, code quality, test preparation, test execution intelligence, defect triage, release assurance, and engineering productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for requirements analysis, code quality, test design, automation, defect analysis, and release assurance.
Build grounded RAG pipelines using Jira, Confluence, Git repositories, test assets, defects, incidents, and application documentation.
Develop multi-agent orchestration workflows involving AI agents, tools, APIs, and Human-in-the-Loop approvals.
Build REST APIs and microservices to integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms.
Integrate AI applications with GitHub/GitLab, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, ServiceNow, monitoring, and test-management platforms.
Optimize prompts, embeddings, chunking, retrieval, reranking, model selection, latency, accuracy, groundedness, and token consumption.
Evaluate and improve the performance and reliability of LLM and AI-based solutions.
Containerize AI applications using Docker and deploy them through secure CI/CD pipelines.
Implement logging, monitoring, observability, evaluation, feedback mechanisms, and production-readiness controls.
Collaborate with architects, QE engineers, product owners, business SMEs, and distributed engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
6 8 years of software engineering or AI engineering experience.
Strong hands-on Python programming experience.
Experience building LLM / Generative AI applications.
Strong understanding of Agentic AI, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or equivalent frameworks.
Experience developing REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI or similar frameworks.
Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript; Java experience is a plus.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, Claude, Gemini, Codex, or equivalent.
Understanding of secure coding, secrets management, access controls, logging, monitoring, and software testing.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in Retail, Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, or related domains.
Relevant certifications in AI, Cloud, Architecture, Software Engineering, or Quality Engineering.
Experience taking AI prototypes from POC to production.
