Channel Product Manager

Conroe Digital is a remote-first digital marketing agency serving local businesses in Conroe, The Woodlands, and Montgomery County, Texas. The Channel Product Manager will own the strategy, delivery quality, performance, processes, and outcomes of an entire marketing channel while collaborating with clients, the founder, and Platform Specialists. The role will also help build repeatable channel operations and eventually manage team members.

Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy, delivery quality, and results of an entire marketing channel
• Develop informed points of view on where the channel should go and explain your reasoning to clients and teammates
• Translate client goals into concrete channel plans, then own the outcomes of those plans
• Monitor performance data, communicate results in plain English, and adjust course when the evidence says you should
• Build and improve the processes, standards, and documentation the channel runs on
• Help interview, train, and eventually manage Platform Specialists working inside the channel

Requirements:

• Genuine marketing expertise in at least one channel, with work you can show and explain
• Clear written and spoken communication; you can explain strategy without jargon
• Comfort owning outcomes: deadlines, quality, and difficult conversations included
• Lives within approximately a 45-minute drive of the Conroe/Montgomery County area
• Experience working directly with small-business clients
• Experience managing or mentoring other marketers
• Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing tools and modern search behavior
