AI Researcher

Ericsson's Research team advances artificial intelligence and wireless communication technologies for next-generation mobile networks. The AI Researcher will develop and evaluate AI/ML methods for wireless systems, collaborate across research and product teams, and publish findings that contribute to Ericsson's technology strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with an international, diverse team of researchers to develop AI/ML solutions for future mobile networks
• Develop machine learning methods and algorithms that address complex problems across the wireless communication stack
• Conduct research and experiments, build and evaluate models, and generate results that demonstrate the value of AI for wireless systems
• Explore emerging AI techniques and assess how they can be applied to wireless communication challenges
• Partner with research, development, and product teams to bring research outcomes into real-world products and technologies
• Publish and present findings at leading industry and academic venues
• Contribute to a collaborative research culture by sharing ideas and helping shape the team's technical direction
