The Accounts Receivable (AR) Solution Architect defines and owns the end-to-end architecture for AR processes across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, with a strong mandate to modernize the landscape through AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation. This role sets the technical direction for FSCM functionality, credit card payment processing, cash application, collections, and dispute management, and designs how these processes integrate with third-party platforms such as High Radius (or comparable AR automation tools).

The Architect translates business strategy into a scalable, secure, and future-ready solution architecture — balancing SAP-native capabilities with SAP BTP, AI/ML services, and RPA to reduce manual effort and improve financial controls. This role owns architectural governance, technology selection, and long-term roadmap decisions for AR, partnering closely with business, finance, engineering, and vendor teams.

Set standards for customer portal integrations, ensuring consistent, secure data exchange between SAP, portals, and external systems.
Lead architectural reviews for complex custom enhancements in the FI/FSCM space, ensuring designs are scalable and maintainable.
Partner with enterprise architecture, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure AR solutions align with broader IT and data governance standards.
Evaluate emerging AI/automation vendors and technologies, providing recommendations on build-vs-buy and platform fit.
Provide technical leadership and design oversight to developers and business analysts throughout implementation and deployment.
