Project Manager

AMroute LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of an Epic infrastructure project in a healthcare and compliance environment. The role is responsible for milestone-based project delivery, dependency and change management, customer handoff, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities:

• Technical project management of an Epic infrastructure project
• Fixed-fee, milestone-based delivery and milestone tracking for invoicing
• Delivery through a prime contractor to an end customer
• Customer prerequisite and dependency tracking on a hard deadline
• Change control and deliverable acceptance management
• Formal handoff and access termination sign-off
• As-built documentation and runbook writing
• Knowledge transfer to customer technical staff

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of HIPAA obligations
• Technical project management of an Epic infrastructure project
• Fixed-fee, milestone-based delivery and milestone tracking for invoicing
• Delivery through a prime contractor to an end customer
• Customer prerequisite and dependency tracking on a hard deadline
• Change control and deliverable acceptance management

• PMP or equivalent
