Data Analyst

Sedgwick is a claims management services company. The Data Analyst collects, analyzes, and reports data while ensuring data integrity and accuracy. The role also prepares custom and exception reports, supports users, and assists with client setup and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Compiles data; prepares and distributes reports; and analyzes results
• Ensures data integrity; develops and produces reports utilized in measuring data accuracy
• May assist in the completion of appropriate client set-up and maintenance (parameter) forms
• Supports internal and external users including reports, installation, screen, etc
• Creates exception reports to identify fields of incorrect data
• Generates custom reports for internal and external client
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Supports the organization's quality program(s)

Requirements:

• Five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Strong knowledge of query and report writing
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
• Analytical and interpretive skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
• Credit security clearance, confirmed via a background credit check, is required for this position
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Two (2) years of query and report writing experience strongly preferred
