Health Insurance Product Manager

Clinical Magnet, part of ICON Medical Network, is partnering with a large hospital system to hire a Federal Health Insurance Product Manager. The role drives healthcare product strategy and execution, identifies market and process improvement opportunities, develops business cases, evaluates partnerships and enhancements, and ensures compliance with CMS, state, and federal regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Serves as the central point of accountability across cross-functional teams, translating strategic priorities into actionable product initiatives and measurable outcomes
• Identify and drive process improvements across product development
• Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to identify opportunities
• Develop and present business cases, including financial modeling, pricing, and ROI
• Evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and product enhancements
• Support innovation initiatives aligned to digital health, value-based care, or benefit design
• Ensure all product designs, benefits, and materials comply with CMS, state, and federal regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2 years of strong, recent experience with individual or ACA federal insurance products
• 5 years product management in healthcare, or related field
• Must live in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware or New York
