Senior Software Engineer

Security Journey is an Enterprise AI Training and Capability Platform that helps organizations build skills to use AI more effectively and securely. The company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its development team and add and update features across the platform, collaborating with product management, customer support, and clients to develop secure, maintainable, and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Adding and updating features on its Enterprise AI Training and Capability Platform
• Utilizing generative AI to enhance our hard-won software development skills and enabling us to work effectively across all layers of the platform

Requirements:

• 5 or more years practical development experience, especially on the backend
• Excellent understanding of software engineering best practices along with a strong desire to produce excellent code that is secure, maintainable, and scaleable
• High level of ability to engage with product management, customer support, and clients to understand problems and collaborate on solutions
• Ability to work well both individually and in the team context
• Cybersecurity interest or experience
• Experience with microservices or other service-based distributed systems
