Inside Sales Representative - Enterprise

MaintainX is a mobile-first work execution platform for industrial and frontline teams. The Inside Sales Representative will manage the full sales cycle for transactional enterprise deals, support Field Account Executives, handle prospecting and renewals, follow up on inbound leads, and maintain accurate CRM and forecasting data.

Responsibilities:

• Run the full sales cycle for transactional deals under a defined amount
• Partner with 3–4 Field Account Executives to drive outbound prospecting and support account plans
• Manage and execute renewals across signed accounts in your territory
• Follow up on inbound leads quickly and effectively
• Drive attendance and follow-up for marketing and field events
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecast precisely, and stay aligned with your territory team

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of SaaS or tech sales experience including some closing responsibilities (AE, AM, ISR, or equivalent)
• Proven success running a sales process from qualification to close in a commercial or transactional context
• Exposure to sales processes, CRM systems, and account-based workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—clear, concise, and confident
• Hunger to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in enterprise sales
• Proactive and organized—you manage your time and priorities with precision
• A collaborative, team-first attitude with a desire to help shape a new function from the ground up
• This role is responsible for managing and supporting a customer portfolio based primarily in English-speaking markets (US/English Canada), requiring daily verbal and written communication in English with those customers
• Experience managing renewals or expansion within existing accounts
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc
• Experience selling to manufacturing, industrial, or maintenance audiences
• Success working closely with field sales or supporting account executives
