Senior Quality Engineering Test Lead – Oracle Fusion Transformation

Type: Contract / W2 (40 hrs/week)

Job Description:
Seeking a Senior QE Test Lead to own end-to-end test strategy, governance, and execution for a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM/HCM transformation.
 

Mandatory Skills:

• 15+ years in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC).
• 10+ years leading testing for large enterprise ERP/HCM implementations.
• Hands-on ownership of at least one complete Oracle Fusion implementation from design through go-live and stabilization (ERP and/or HCM).
• Proven client-side experience managing System Integrator (SI) testing deliverables.
• Expert knowledge of test management tools: Jira/Xray, Zephyr, qTest, ALM, Azure DevOps, Oracle Test Manager, or equivalent.
• Strong experience in Test Strategy, Test Planning, Integration Testing, Data Conversion, Regression Testing, Security/SoD, Performance Testing, UAT, Defect Management, Cutover, and Release Readiness.
• Experience leading onshore/offshore QE teams, test governance, traceability, and executive-level quality reporting.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Preferred: PeopleSoft, Payroll Implementation, Parallel Payroll Testing, Collective Bargaining Agreements, SOX Compliance, Regulated/24x7 Environments, and Oracle Cloud Quarterly Update Regression Automation.

Key Requirement: Strong leadership in test governance, SI oversight, go/no-go recommendations, and executive stakeholder communication.
