Independent Sales Engineer – Industrial SaaS | Commission-Based

Aurixs Global is seeking independent sales professionals to introduce and sell its cloud-based Aurixs RCM Platform to industrial organisations in the United States. The role focuses on developing new business, managing opportunities through contract closure, and building customer relationships that support renewals and expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across US industrial markets
• Engage decision-makers, including Engineering Directors, Plant Managers, Maintenance Managers, Reliability Engineers, and Asset Management Executives
• Generate qualified leads and coordinate software demonstrations
• Present the commercial and technical value of The Aurixs RCM Platform
• Manage sales opportunities from initial engagement through contract closure
• Develop long-term customer relationships and identify renewal and expansion opportunities
• Collaborate with Aurixs Global's engineering and technical teams throughout the sales process

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, industrial software, engineering technology, or asset management solutions
• Strong understanding of the US industrial market
• Established professional networks in manufacturing, mining, energy, utilities, or related industries
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close B2B sales
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently
• Experience selling subscription-based software is highly advantageous
• Technical knowledge of reliability engineering, maintenance, or asset management is beneficial but not essential
