Quality Engineer - Plano, TX - Contract - $31-41 Per HR

Join our team as a Quality Engineer responsible for managing the quality and sustaining areas of products post-commercial launch. This hybrid role involves resolving product issues, interfacing with customers, and utilizing various project management tools. The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on quality assurance and customer relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with various organizational levels and customer organizations to identify and track product issues.
Drive resources to sustain the quality of post-launch products and resolve product failures or issues effectively.
Utilize project management tools to track product performance and manage schedules.
Create and implement processes and procedures to expedite the resolution of product issues.
Manage established processes to ensure sustained product quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in telecommunications.
3-5 years of experience in quality or wireless telecommunications roles, with a focus on customer contact and relationship building.
Experience in setting up quality and sustaining engineering processes and procedures.
Previous experience with OEM handset products, including project and product management skills.
Proficiency in researching and resolving customer technical complaints and issues.
