Sales Development Representative

Simple Fractal builds automation and AI solutions for healthcare organizations. The Sales Development Representative researches and engages prospects, qualifies interest, and schedules introductory meetings while helping create a healthy pipeline for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with leads generated through webinars, conferences, whitepapers, partnerships, website activity, and other marketing programs
• Research target organizations and contacts to understand their business and potential automation needs
• Conduct personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Share relevant case studies, examples, videos, webinars, and other content to generate interest
• Identify and engage organizations that fit Simple Fractal’s ideal customer profile
• Qualify interest and schedule introductory meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity information in HubSpot
• Develop thoughtful follow-up sequences for prospects who aren't ready to meet immediately
• Work closely with sales and marketing to improve messaging and identify which campaigns and content generate meetings
• Re-engage older leads and opportunities when new solutions or relevant information create a reason to reconnect

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable communicating professionally through email, LinkedIn, and phone
• Curious and willing to research a prospect before reaching out
• Persistent without being overly aggressive
• Organized and comfortable managing a large number of prospects and follow-up activities
• Able to understand business problems and explain solutions in clear, straightforward language
• Comfortable learning about healthcare operations, automation, and AI
• Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools
• HubSpot experience
• Previous SDR, BDR, lead-generation, healthcare, SaaS, or technology sales experience
