Developer - Atlassian Process Engineering

Judi Health is hiring a Process Engineering Developer to build solutions for internal stakeholders using workflow management tools, with a focus on cost optimization and cost engineering. The role collaborates with business partners to document and implement workflows and automation, with a specific focus on Atlassian products.

Responsibilities:

• Act as subject matter expert in our Workflow Tooling landscape. With a specific focus on Atlassian products
• Assist partner teams in shaping their roadmap on our workflow automation platforms
• Design and develop clean, maintainable, performant components, workflows and software
• Identify and clean-up existing technical debt in the platform
• Participate in the code-review and quality assurance process, provide feedback to the organization, and keep an open mind to feedback
• Partner with our teams to create meaningful and impactful customer journeys across all associated call center systems
• Correct production issues that impact service, revenue or fulfillment teams with a high sense of urgency

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a developer
• 2+ years of experience as a developer, with a focus on Atlassian products
• Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL
• Strong understanding of PostMan, SOAPUI, or other API testing tools
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Extreme attention to detail and highly organized
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The desire to learn constantly and dive into new areas with unfamiliar technologies
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Preference for those who have working in the health care industry
• Pharmacy Benefit Management expertise
