Supply Chain Manager, Customer and Program Supply Chain (26251)

NEOTech is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to develop and implement supply chain strategy for assigned accounts. The role oversees end-to-end purchasing, planning, and inventory control, while driving customer-focused supply chain solutions, supplier coordination, and cross-functional process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates deep commitment to fulfill customers’ needs
• Develops and executes tailored supply chain solutions aligned with service, cost, and risk priorities
• Represents the Supply Chain organization with professionalism and accountability
• Serves as the primary escalation point for customer supply chain issues
• Drive sustained improvement in on-time delivery (OTD) performance across assigned programs
• Collaborate with demand planning to align customer forecasts and improve overall accuracy
• Optimize inventory levels and working capital by implementing best-practice inventory management
• Oversee long-term capacity planning and material allocation alignment
• Ensure and oversee robust launch plans for NPI and intersite product transfers
• Partner with strategic sourcing and procurement teams to identify cost-reduction opportunities and mitigate supply risks
• Leads the materials repricing cycle with the customer
• Negotiates supplier terms that improve cost and value
• Works with suppliers, customers and sites to minimize excess and obsolete exposure and liability
• Deploy Supply Chain Models to optimize inventory costs such as VMI, JIT, consignment
• Align Sales, Operations, and Procurement teams to deliver customer commitments
• Lead and mentor the sites’ materials teams to meet the strategic plan for the customers

Requirements:

• Strong background in customer program management
• Deep understanding of the electronics market dynamics
• Proven experience in inventory optimization and working capital management
• Experience managing cross-regional, remote teams
• Ability to operate in high-volatility supply environments
• Strong communication, leadership, process development and negotiation skills
• Successfully manage multiple, competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency and minimal direction
• Self-starter with ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• BA/BS degree
• End to end Supply Chain Process experience
• 5+ years of supply chain leadership experience in EMS / electronics manufacturing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Due to ITAR and / or CUI compliance, this position requires candidates to be a U.S. Citizen
