Chief Technology Officer

SkyTerra is developing SkyTerraOS, an AI-powered platform for intelligent agents, workflows, technical expertise, and project execution. The CTO / Technical Co-Founder will lead the platform’s technical strategy, architecture, MVP development, and engineering growth, while working with the CEO on product strategy and commercialization.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the technical strategy and architecture of SkyTerraOS
• Lead software engineering and development of the MVP
• Build and improve agentic AI systems, AI agents, workflows, and integrations
• Evaluate and improve the existing codebase and backend infrastructure
• Develop scalable systems that integrate AI, software, APIs, and external platforms
• Lead technical hiring as the engineering organization grows
• Translate product and business requirements into practical technical solutions
• Demonstrate the platform and clearly communicate technical functionality to customers, partners, and other stakeholders
• Work directly with the CEO on product strategy, commercialization, and technical priorities
• Help establish strong engineering, security, documentation, and development practices
