DevOps Engineer (Technology)

RHI DVA Renal Healthcare, Inc. is hiring a DevOps QA Engineer to embed quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle. The role develops and maintains test automation, integrates quality checks into CI/CD pipelines, validates cloud deployments, and partners with cross-functional teams to support reliable releases.

Responsibilities:

• This role will ensure quality is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle rather than treated as a final checkpoint, enabling stronger release confidence, earlier issue identification, and more consistent operational readiness
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test scripts, frameworks, and reusable automation assets to support functional, regression, integration, API, cloud, and end-to-end testing across IAM application releases
• Integrate automated testing, quality gates, and validation checkpoints into CI/CD pipelines to provide earlier quality feedback and support reliable, repeatable cloud and application deployments
• Validate applications and services deployed to cloud-based environments, including configuration, connectivity, scalability, resilience, security controls, and operational readiness
• Partner with development, DevOps, product, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, quality gates, and release readiness expectations
• Execute manual and automated testing as needed to validate new features, enhancements, defect fixes, configuration changes, and production readiness
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution while clearly communicating risks, impacts, dependencies, and recommended remediation steps
• Support deployment activities by validating build quality, monitoring test results, reviewing logs, and assisting with troubleshooting throughout release cycles
• Create, maintain, and improve test data, test environments, and reusable testing assets to increase efficiency, consistency, and coverage
• Perform API, integration, performance, reliability, and resiliency testing to confirm applications meet functional, technical, security, and operational requirements
• Analyze test results, pipeline failures, system logs, and monitoring alerts to identify root causes, surface trends, and recommend corrective actions
• Champion shift-left testing, continuous testing, and quality engineering best practices across the software development lifecycle
• Maintain clear testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, automation coverage, execution results, defect reports, and release validation evidence
• Continuously evaluate automation tools, cloud testing practices, frameworks, processes, and quality metrics to improve automation maturity, delivery speed, release reliability, and overall software quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Experience in DevOps, QA Automation, Cloud Engineering, or related software delivery roles
• Certifications in cloud platforms or DevOps (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect / SysOps, Azure DevOps Engineer, HashiCorp Certified Terraform Associate)
