Business Analyst – Adobe Experience Cloud

Dentsu is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to shape and deliver enterprise-scale digital experience solutions powered by Adobe Experience Cloud. The role leads client discovery and requirements definition, and partners with cross-functional teams to guide Agile delivery, testing, and business validation.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, discovery workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions
• Uncover business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements
• Help stakeholders differentiate between business objectives, technical requirements, and solution preferences
• Drive conversations that move projects from ambiguity to clarity
• Develop epics, features, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria
• Own requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Partner with Product Owners and delivery teams to prioritize work and maximize value
• Collaborate with architects, developers, UX teams, QA teams, and stakeholders
• Evaluate business requirements against Adobe platform capabilities and constraints
• Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and opportunities before they impact delivery
• Support testing, UAT, release readiness, and business validation activities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites and/or AEM Assets)
• Strong Agile and Scrum experience
• Expertise with Jira and Confluence
• Experience supporting QA, UAT, and release activities
• Proven ability to lead requirements discovery and stakeholder workshops
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and consulting skills
