Senior Software Engineer

Solventum is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to develop and implement software solutions supporting healthcare initiatives and customer needs. The role involves leading engineering work, determining effective approaches, and collaborating with R&D teams to deliver healthcare technology solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and eight (8) years of experience in software development
• High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in software development
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Java/Kotlin Enterprise Developer (Spring, MVC) with Postgres (or similar) integration
• Minimum 5 years of experience as full stack engineer developing web applications and component libraries using React/Angular framework preferably with EMR integration
• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing & interfacing with services through REST APIs
• Minimum 5 years of experience with cloud architectures and large-scale hosted applications (preferably AWS)
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
• Experience working in an Agile team with strong test automation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment including distributed teams
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas, concepts, and information on both the user and the technical level
• Unit testing experience (e.g. Karma, Jasmine)
• Experience in healthcare
