Product Manager

5centsCDN is hiring a Product Manager to plan and market products throughout their lifecycle. The role defines product vision and strategy, manages roadmaps and launches, and works with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business strategy into product strategy
• Own the product roadmap
• Execute product strategy
• Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market
• Plan and carry out product launches
• Manage product profitability and commercial success own the business case
• Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market
• Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages
• Write high-level requirements
• Support the product owner and product marketer with any questions they may have
• Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
• Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
• Be an expert with respect to the competition
• Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
• Perform product demos to customers
• Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
• Deliver a monthly revenue forecast
• Develop sales tools and collateral
• Propose an overall budget to ensure success
• Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings
• Brief press and analysts and go on press tours
• Act as a leader within the company

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Technical background
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
• MBA preferred
