Power Quality Sales Engineer

ELSPEC North America is hiring a Power Quality Sales Engineer to generate new business for its power quality monitoring solutions, including G5 meters and the PQSCADA Sapphire platform. The role develops customer relationships, presents technical solutions, and manages opportunities through closing while owning the sales pipeline and results.

Responsibilities:

• Generate $3M in new business per year
• Create demand, not only respond to existing opportunities
• Build relationships with engineering, operations and executive teams
• Run technically credible customer presentations
• Understand electrical and Power Quality challenges
• Translate technical capabilities into business value
• Move opportunities from first conversation to proposal to close
• Own the pipeline, the forecast and the result
• Generate ~ 6 meaningful $500K projects per year

Requirements:

• Engineering background, ideally electrical, power systems, Power Quality or a closely related discipline
• Approximately 5–10 years of experience
• Experience selling technical solutions or working directly with customers
• Comfortable speaking with both engineers and senior decision-makers
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, utilities, data centers or adjacent markets
