Sales Engineer

Fulton Equipment Pacific, LLC hires a Sales Engineer to support customers and prospects with technical and commercial solutions for its heating systems and associated equipment. The role develops customer-specific recommendations and proposals, provides technical support, collaborates with engineering and service teams, and follows up on opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• The Sales Engineer is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting customers and prospects with technical and commercial solutions related to Fulton Equipment Pacific’s heating systems and associated equipment
• Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer requirements, preparing technical quotations and proposals, and recommending appropriate boiler and heat transfer solutions
• The role involves collaborating with engineering and service teams, providing pre- and post-sales technical support, and following up on opportunities to drive revenue growth
• The Sales Engineer will conduct virtual customer meetings, respond to inquiries, assist with system specifications, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools
• This position also requires continuous learning of product updates, industry standards, and application best practices

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering skills, including the ability to interpret technical specifications and apply them to customer applications
• Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities to assist customers with system selection, troubleshooting, and application guidance
• Candidates should possess Communication skills to clearly present technical concepts, prepare written proposals, and collaborate with internal teams
• Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Service skills to build relationships, manage pipelines, and ensure a positive customer experience
• Experience with industrial or commercial heating systems, boilers, or related mechanical/electrical equipment is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, or related field) or equivalent technical experience is preferred
• Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office, and remote collaboration tools is advantageous
