The Power BI Developer is responsible for designing and developing interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI for clients throughout project lifecycle. This position will work closely with both clients and internal teams to support project goals and ultimately make each implementation a success. This person will support reporting and dashboarding initiatives between internal teams, client teams, and leadership to ensure client requirements are met.
Bachelor Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from an accredited program
3 years of experience designing, configuring, and developing Power BI dashboards and reports
Experience working with utilities, infrastructure organizations, or large capital project environments, ideally within a regulated utility setting.
Proven ability to lead client-facing discovery sessions, influence stakeholders, and manage organizational change.
Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in both independent and team-based environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
