Senior MECM Engineer - REMOTE

NTT DATA is hiring a Senior MECM Engineer to manage secure device deployment and endpoint and server infrastructure in mission-critical environments. The role maintains operating system deployment and patching cycles, monitors client health, remediates vulnerabilities, and provides Tier 3 troubleshooting and technical documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the MECM console to deploy applications, software updates, and configuration baselines across the enterprise
• Build and maintain automated Windows operating system deployment (OSD) task sequences and driver packages
• Execute monthly patching cycles and security vulnerability remediations for both workstations and servers
• Monitor and repair MECM client health and distribution point infrastructure to ensure environmental stability and reliability
• Use PowerShell scripting to automate manual tasks and perform Tier 3 troubleshooting for complex issues
• Additional support duties, including working tickets to remediate user issues that can inform continuous improvement
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and change control records for audit and compliance
• Track production output, exceptions, rework, and provide progress reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, One-and-one- half (1.5) years of additional experience can substitute for one (1) year of a typical degree program
• Minimum 10 years of experience supporting above described MECM roles and responsibilities
• Minimum 8 years of experience supporting infrastructure/application management roles/responsibilities
• Ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Candidates with experience in US Federal Government environments will be favored
• Candidates with existing Public Trust and/or Secret/Top Secret clearances will be favored
