Senior Power Systems Studies Engineer - Data Centers

Olsson is an engineering and design firm focused on creating solutions that improve the world around us. The Senior Power Systems Studies Engineer will support electrical engineering projects for technology companies and mission-critical clients by performing power systems studies, developing design calculations, preparing technical reports and documents, and coordinating with teams and clients.

Responsibilities:

• As a Senior Power Systems Engineer, you will work directly with some of the world's largest technology companies and other mission-critical clients
• You will serve as an electrical engineer on projects, design calculations, write technical reports, and prepare documents
• Experience in performing short circuit analysis and producing arc flash studies is required
• You will also coordinate with other Olsson teams, professional staff, technical staff, and clients
• You may travel to job sites for observation and attend client meetings as needed

• • Investigation and troubleshooting of problems to find solutions
• • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• • 10+ years of related electrical engineering experience
• • Experience with Short Circuit Coordination and Arc Flash Study (SCCAF)
• • Registered professional engineer (PE) required
• • SKM and ETAP software experience is preferred
