Platform Launch Manager - Light Industry Markets

Solenis is a global provider of water and hygiene solutions. The Platform Launch Manager will lead platform introductions for Light Industry markets from concept through commercialization, coordinating cross-functional teams, launch planning, go-to-market execution, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the evaluation, selection, and prioritization of launch projects to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives and financial goals
• Assess market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning to support investment decisions
• Assemble, lead, and coordinate cross-functional launch teams, ensuring appropriate resources, accountability, and alignment throughout the launch process
• Drive collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Technical Services, R&D, and Business Leadership
• Oversee development of comprehensive launch packages, including: Sales enablement and training materials Marketing and promotional assets Product and equipment readiness plans Customer support and technical documentation
• Ensure all launch milestones and readiness criteria are successfully achieved
• Lead platform introductions into target markets, ensuring effective execution of launch strategies
• Monitor launch performance, market adoption, and competitive activity
• Adapt strategies as needed to maximize growth opportunities and market penetration
• Identify secondary market opportunities and support long-term portfolio growth and refresh strategies
• Partner with Business Management to address supply chain, operational, and commercial challenges
• Collaborate with R&D and Technical Teams to ensure product quality, innovation, and customer value
• Serve as a key interface between leadership and launch teams, providing project updates, recommendations, and performance insights

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in product launches, platform commercialization, project management, or a comparable role
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills
• Excellent strategic planning, communication, and organizational capabilities
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive projects to completion in a dynamic business environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable business results
• Experience within industrial water treatment, light industry markets, chemical solutions, facilities management, or related industries preferred
